Easier than ever!

To return your purchase, start by calling at 1-888-339-2109 or send an email to warn the Toy Soldiers' Club team of your intention to return one or more items. A procedure to follow including the return address will then be explained.

Remember this: NEVER USE UPS OR OTHER PRIVATE DELIVERY SERVICES. They will charge hidden fees like brokerage fees that will triple your shipping bill. ALWAYS use your national courier. For those living in the US it means that you should use USPS (United States Postal Services) Make sure to specify this is a returned item.

Once the package will be received and the goods inspected, the refund will be made or a credit will be applied to your next order. Refunds on purchases made by credit card will only be credited to the same card. Shipping fees are NOT refunded.

The credit will be made within 10 working days of receipt and verification of the goods. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear there. Customers returning a partial order will only be refunded for returned items.

f you wish to cancel or change an order placed on the website of the Toy Soldiers' Club, you should contact the staff of customer service as soon as possible.

Please call 1-888-339-2109 as soon as possible; Have your order confirmation number in hand.

The team will do everything in its power to accommodate your request.

Note that 4% of the order value might have to be kept to cover the service fees generated by the various payment platforms we use.
